Weather alert for Tuesday, Feb. 18: School and district programming canceled

School and district programming is canceled for Tuesday, Feb. 18, because of the extreme cold expected that the National Weather Service strongly suggests our community avoid for safety reasons. No eLearning or other online learning will occur. After-school/evening activities are also canceled except for those preparing for section or state playoffs. Coaches will share more information on this.   

Unless notified otherwise, students will be expected to attend school as scheduled on Wednesday, Feb. 19. Stay tuned to district279.org for the latest information. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility with this news.
