Work-based learning that allows students to gain employment skills through a variety of experiences including classroom education, service learning, simulated work tasks, supported vocational experiences and competitive wage jobs. These experiences allow students to gain greater independence in work related environments preparing them to successfully transition to the next phase in their lives.
